Limited 90-Day Warranty and Return Policy
Limited 90-Day Warranty
Slingshot Hitch, LLC (“Seller”) warrants to the original purchaser that its product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide a written description of the issue and clear photographs showing the claimed defect. Claims should be sent to Slingshothitch@gmail.com and must include proof of purchase.
This warranty is void to the extent any defect or damage results from unauthorized modifications, alterations, repairs, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, or use with unapproved accessories or parts.
This warranty does not cover labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, or transportation costs.
Towing and Safety
Customers must follow the instructions and limits set forth in the Slingshot Hitch owner’s manual and installation guide. The Slingshot vehicle is light in weight, approximately 1,750 pounds, and towing must not exceed the limits specified by the vehicle manufacturer or owner’s manual.
Warranty Remedy
If a claim is approved after inspection, Seller may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, provide a replacement, or issue a credit. Any replacement or credit will not exceed the original invoice purchase price or MSRP, whichever is lower.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Return Policy
If a return request is approved, the item must be returned at the customer’s expense for either store credit or refund, as determined by Slingshot Hitch, LLC. A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the original purchase price.
Return requests must be submitted in writing. All returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of delivery and must be new, unused, unmodified, and returned in original condition with all labels, stickers, and parts included.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be securely packaged in the original carton and packaging materials before being shipped back to:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for processing of any approved refund or store credit.
Additional Terms
The hitch ball shown in product photos is not included. Wiring harnesses and other accessories are sold separately.
